Job Title: Inside Sales Specialist (Indoor)

Location: Petaling Jaya

Position Type: Full time

Job Descriptions:
  • Selling ICT range of products, solutions, services and maintenance.
  • Responsible for the marketing of products and services.
  • To achieve & exceed targets set by the Company
  • Develops customer needs & new customers in the commercial, industrial & end-user.
  • To identify and pursue new business opportunities from existing and new customers
  • Aggressively review account activities in pursuit of new business or upselling opportunities
  • Prepare and handle quotation request, goods delivery, payment collection and ad-hoc duties whenever required.
  • Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts.
  • Cold call prospective customers
  • Conduct follow-up meetings with customers and manage the entire sales cycle.
  • Account responsibility with quota.

Job Title: IT Technical Support (Resident Engineer)

Location: Johor Bharu

Position Type: Contract

Job Descriptions:
  • Provide end user support and problem resolution for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and printers.
  • Desktop Support includes both Hardware and operating system resolution.
  • Configure, deploy, maintain, troubleshoot and support computer workstations, laptops, printers, mobile devices, phones and other computer equipment.
  • Diagnose and resolve unique, nonrecurring problems associated with desktop hardware and operating systems; determine the source of problems and classify their level, priority and nature.
  • Perform desktop/laptop OS re-imaging and mobile device wipes and reconfigurations.
  • Coordinate and work with third party vendors where applicable.
  • Assist in the provisioning of computing devices and mobile devices.
  • Assist with computing and mobile device lifecycle management.
  • Assist with onsite or offsite network connectivity support and problem resolution.
  • Assist with Antivirus equipment support and problem resolution.
  • Assist with IT asset management and ticketing system.
  • Coordinate the hardware repair and maintenance with the vendor or hardware manufacturer
  • Troubleshoot IT hardware and replacement of faulty accessories

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or Professional Certification qualification.
  • Minimum 2-3 years related experienced.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Mature, self-motivated, proactive, aggressive and independent.
  • Strong self-starter with a proven track record of accomplishment.
  • Required to speak and write in English
  • Applicants MUST be able to work in Johor Bharu area.
  • Applicants MUST willing to work as ONE (1) Year CONTRACT basis
  • Applicants should have own transport; possess valid driving license and passport.
  • Applicants can start work on JAN 2016 will be an advantage.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.

Job Title: System Engineer

Job Descriptions:
  • Responsible for project assessment, customer requirement study, site survey, planning, design, deployment, UAT, trouble shooting, support & maintenance.
  • Prepare project plan based on estimated effort.
  • Maintain effective work relationship and work closely with entire team members.
  • Responsible for contact principal technical support team for any trouble shooting cases.
  • Provide timely and courteous customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Proactive manage, trouble shoot and resolve technical support issues.
  • Responsible for user guide and technical documentation.
  • Manage and document system configurations
  • Responsible for POC.
  • Ensure timely delivery of project implementation & sign off.
  • Provide solution to reported issues, support, trouble shooting, bugs and enhancement.
  • Require on phone standby during after office hours and weekend.

  • Knowledge in Virtualization (e.g VMware, HyperV, Citrix)is a MUST.
  • Knowledge in Backup & Recovery Solutions (e.g Veeam, Veritas, CommVault, Acronis) is a MUST.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Solutions (e.g Office365, Azure, Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, SQL, Clustering) is a MUST.
